The Research Of Third Party Logistics Development Strategy Of Shenyang Railway Bureau

With the reform of domestic rail freight,taking Shenyang Railway Administration as an example,this paper mainly analyses the development of the third party logistics and comes up with corresponding strategies about that in Shenyang Railway Administration.The paper introduces background,purpose and significance,and also grooms the research of the development of the third party logistics at home and abroad.In the second part,a brief introduction about the logistics and railway freight-related definition and theoretical basis of this paper is given,such as the theory of the third party logistics,the point of reforming railway freight,chain-supplied theory and SWOT analysis.Also,the analysis of the third party logistics development strategies of Shenyang Railway Administration is put forward.In the third chapter,this paper mainly analyses basic status of foreign railway logistics development.The experiences which are obtained from railway freight logistics in Germany,America and Japan are put into use in China.In the fourth chapter,it analyses the basic conditions about Shenyang Railway Administration the third party logistics development,having a full range of analysis from advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis.We take the form of a questionnaire,considered of location of the third party logistics development strategy of Shenyang Railway Administration,and gained the basic data about SWOT quantitative analysis model by questionnaire quantification.This data was marking on density estimation,importance of estimation and probability of influence factors by fifteen experts and scholars who have rich experience in railway freight logistics.Thus,we get the relevant data and make the conclusion that the third party logistics development strategy of Shenyang Railway Administration should take pioneering strategies.In order to promote development of the third party logistics of Shenyang Railway Administration,we take measures to solve the development of the third party logistics of Shenyang Railway Administration in terms of these aspects,such as strengthen infrastructure construction,reorganized internal resources,upgrade the qualities of the third party logistics of railway administration's service,strengthen the computerized construction and strengthen the personnel training of the third party logistics of Shenyang Railway Administration.
