The Research Of Construction Supervision Planning

With the development of domestic and foreign construction project, China is involved in the increasingly intensified competition among the international project progressively. As the cause of construction in China develops, organization structure of engineering supervision system project is improving and completed constantly and the quality of project supervision is causing more and more public concern. In order to improve the level of engineering supervision, precondition is to have practical and pointed supervision plans.Supervision plans are instructive documents according to which the project supervision institutions carry out engineering construction inspection. After signed supervision contracts with owners, that how to organize a supervision plan which is correspond to actual engineering needs, targeted and plays guide and control role to the management, is a significant step in the standardization of the project supervision. Therefore, the quality of engineering supervision plan concerns the level of engineering supervision project, and the later will affect quality of the whole construction. The organization of supervision plan has a very important significance.The thesis analyzes the achievements and existing problems in the process of standardization and institutionalization of engineering project supervision. And we think the standardization is developmental direction to the existing project supervision. The thesis discusses the research status of domestic and foreign project supervision plan and have an insight into the state and problems exiting in the research process. Also, the thesis analyzes the target control system and relationship of unity of oppositeness among quality, speed, and cost. One that should be pointed out is we should coordinate the interrelationships of every factor and have a system control of overall process. On the basis of combining target control, the thesis summarizes the requirements, foundation and methods of engineering supervision and conclude a perfect and detailed proposal on how to organize a supervision plan. At last, we apply the proposal we mentioned above into a practical case---- an engineering supervision project to Heng Long Square in Jinan---and get wonderful practical significance.
