Tianjin railway station transport hub project is an urban integrated transport hub, with a lot of functions, such as transport, service, gathering, diffusion, connectivity, guiding, and urban landscape. It is composed of many sub-projects containing common speed train, Beijing-Tianjin inter-city rail line, metro line 2, 3, 9, transit centers in the front and back of the square, integrated supporting building, and municipal road projects, which build up a huge public transportation facilities concentrated interchanged by a variety of transports. In the conclusion, it is also a huge project which has several investors and complicated internal system functions, involved more than 10 sub-projects and dozens of professionals. Furthermore, there are numerous interfaces and interactions between different sub-projects and systems.In the premise of no entire reference experience currently in China, it is significant that the research on the constructions and operations models of Tianjin railway stations transport project, which can provide base data for future projects in design, construction, investment, and operation management. It is also a guaranty for the future transport hub facilities operating successfully and has an important impact on the sustainable development. Under the larger project and more complicated facilities, we need full consideration for save energy on the normal operating situation and how to evacuate passengers efficiently on the irregular situation of equipment and systems. Among the hub project, integrated supervisory control system is the key point for managing and controlling the operation of environmental control ventilation, fire, electricity, elevators and other mechanical and electrical equipments.Therefore, based on the research of all the patterns of facilities operating in the Tianjin railway station transport hub project, this paper has discussed to choose"high concentrated"mode of construction and operation, expounded the operating time and staff allocating in detail of every sub-port and operation management pattern of wind, water, electricity, elevators in the integrated system in the transport hub project, aiming on integrated supervisory control system, through the analyzing on the operation management patterns, to form a basic frame fitting for the features of Tianjin railway station transport hub project.
