Study On The Comprehensive Management Of Tianjin South Railway Station Area

Tianjin South Railway Station is the second station of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway leaving Beijing.It is also an important passenger transport hub in the southwestern part of Tianjin and a key area to coordinate the development of Xiqing New District.Important geographical location and prominent development prospects determine that it is necessary and urgent to improve the social governance pattern in the region.At present,the official operation time of Tianjin South Railway Station is relatively short,the service criticism is much,and the satisfaction of the masses is poor.These problems expose that the level of comprehensive management in Tianjin South Railway Station needs to be improved.In order to improve the image,serve the masses and display the window,we should follow the principle of "guaranteeing the safety,smoothness and comfort of the masses’ travel",give full play to the existing advantages,enhance the overall operation image of the station area,and improve the management mode of the South Station area.This thesis takes the management practice of Tianjin South Railway Station as the research object,and makes a thorough analysis of the management of the station area by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Firstly,based on the information and data provided by the network database,the research background of the subject is briefly summarized,the overall research framework is analyzed in detail,and the related concepts and theories of station area management are introduced.Secondly,taking the comprehensive management of Tianjin South Railway Station as the research object,this thesis makes an empirical investigation and study,and introduces the current situation and characteristics of the management of Tianjin South Railway Station.Thirdly,according to the questionnaire data,this thesis briefly explains the problems existing in the current management of Tianjin South Railway Station area,and makes use of the law enforcement materials relying on the existing cases to analyze the causes of the existing problems.Finally,through understanding the advanced experience of comprehensive management of other cities’ railway stations,analysis and summary of its essence,play a role in improving the level of station management services,and put forward specific suggestions to improve the comprehensive management of Tianjin South Railway Station.The contents and results of this thesis can be used for reference in the comprehensive management of railway stations,the construction of municipal public facilities,transportation,railway transport and other related industries.
