With the development of higher education informatization ,Online education as a new teaching model has been quickly developed and widely used. It has many advantages , such as rich multimedia resources, convenient collaborative communication , friendly interaction and so on.Experimental teaching , as an important part of the teaching in mechanical field has not got a good performance as a result of aboratory equipments of many universities are uneven and experimental cost relatively high , we design a virtual experiment platform which solve the problem effectively. On this platform ,we developed advanced equipments which are complex and practical so that students can understand the kinematic principle of the mechanical equipments well. On the other hand , This platform can solve the problem that students have time and space limitations when they are studying .Based on analyzing the home and aboard status of virtual experiment research and omparing the development of several virtual reality technology, in mechanical field, using the media theory and the humanism theory as director, I has proposed two new sets of building virtual experiment system , they are communication between VC++ and EON , communication between Flex and flash. By using these two sets ,a virtual experiment platform is been designed which set independent observation, independent disassembling and independent planning connection, automatic calculation and analysis in one.Now the virtual experiment platform has been used by students and teachers. after repeated experiments ,finally the virtual experiment platform is designed to be into actual use.
