Traditional experimental teaching of mechanical subject has many disadvantages,such as lack of safety,backward equipment,large loss of equipment,and limitation of location.In order to solve these problems,Unity3 D engine was adopted as the development tool,advanced technologies such as 3d modeling,rendering and data visualization were comprehensively applied,and advanced educational concepts at home and abroad were integrated.A set of virtual simulation experiment system of theory and design of Machines and Mechanisms was designed.The main work is as follows:1)Design and development of virtual assembly and disassembly experiments.Using SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional parametric model for more than 600 parts required for the experiment,a series of experimental operations were designed according to the parent-child relationship between the parts and assembly sequences,and C# script was written to control the experiment.It can be used to supplement or replace the shaft and gasoline engine real assembly and disassembly experiments.2)The minimum spanning tree method for assembly sequence planning is proposed.By introducing the close value of assembly relation,the close degree of assembly relation between parts is quantitatively calculated,and the optimal assembly sequence is obtained quickly by using the method of breaking circles,which provides theoretical support for the virtual assembly and disassembly experiment.3)Design of connecting rod and CAM mechanism and dynamic motion simulation.Based on the in-depth study of optimization algorithm and kinematics analysis of plane linkage and CAM mechanism,parameterized design software was developed by Matlab/GUI to improve the design efficiency and realize dynamic kinematics simulation.4)System integration and distribution.Research the interface technology of each software,design the software UI with Unity3 D,overlap the experimental modules through the program,and integrate them into a complete experimental system.Through the virtual experiment system,students are not limited by time and region for experimental operations,platform interface friendly,realistic image,easy to operate,easy to expand,reliable operation,can achieve remote collaboration and experimental resources sharing.Figure43;Table6;Reference47.
