There's an enormous influence in the change of traditional rural living form throughout the country village governance and new settlement construction. With the redistribution of the spatial resources, traditional lifestyles and its living forms are to regenerate or to die along with space conversion. With the transformation of the urban-rural structure, the conversion of rural space form is undergoing in Tuyok Village, Turpan. Because of the year's drought weather, water-saving agriculture should be imperative in the local. The promotion of advanced agricultural technology leads that the local native agricultural landscape suffering from the destruction. It will be an important issue of the new settlement construction about how to rectify the surrounding villages, to improve the quality of life and production of local farmers and to retain the local spatial memory when the key areas of facility agricultural development are divided and the agricultural production methods are converted.The article is divided into two parts, one is to investigate and analysis the spatial morphology of traditional residential area and its evolution in Tuyok, and then, to promote the continuation and Reconstruction of the spatial form of the traditional residential communities in the new settlements. The second part is to discussion on how to continue the traditional living forms and shaped spatial form from the point of view of the settlements planning and design, in order to maintain the "unity" in the space dimension and the "continuity" in the time dimension, and to achieve the reconstruction of the spatial morphology of the local traditional residential communities.The research focus on the study of residential community space morphological, to interpret space is a social space which is the embodiment of all cultural phenomenon. The spatial morphology shaped the personal life and social relations. Residential space is a historical process, and space morphology is continuously changing and developing. So we must understand spatial morphology in a historical way, and then complete the reconstruction of spatial morphology at this stage.
