Research On The Morphology And Formation Mechanism Of The Urban Residential Space In Changchun City

Residential function is the chief function of the city since the ancient times,"Inhabitancy is the first activity of the city ". Therefore, in-depth study of the livingspace of the evolution and formation mechanism, to optimize the city residentialspace structure have an important role, which can guide the healthy, sustainabledevelopment of city. Changchun City region has emerged since more than twohundred years. Thereby in the Chinese city formation, Changchun City regiondevelopment history belongs to a young city. Along with the social economyunceasing development, the city continued to expand in size and city spaceconsiderably extended. At the same time, city zoning pattern has gradually formed,and the mutual influence between different functional regions. Thereafter, under theinfluence of various factors, city living space in different development stages showsdifferent characteristics. This paper mainly from the perspective of spatial layout ofChangchun city living space of the formation, evolution and the status quo of thestudy, summed up the living space of the dynamical mechanism of evolution, currentstatus and main problems, thereby further discussion of residential spatial evolutiontrend, and put forward the living space of the optimization strategy.The article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly discusses the research background and significance,related concepts and theories and the domestic and abroad research summary, layingthe theoretical foundation for the thesis; and introduced the research content andresearch framework.The second part mainly analyzes the evolution process of Changchun city livingspace, summarizes the evolution characteristics of residential space; throughanalyzing the current situation of residential space and living space, summarizes thecurrent characteristics and the main problems.The third main part of Changchun City analyses residential spatial evolutiondynamic mechanism. Mainly discusses the content including the city economy,industrial structure, economic system reform, land system reform, thecommercialization of housing, city planning, city ecological environment and development of science and technology and other factors on the city space evolutioneffect.The fourth part mainly discusses the Changchun City residential spaceevolution and optimization strategy. Discusses the city residential area, group, aplurality of suburbanization trends. The presented optimization strategies are citymixing space and mixed residential area, accelerate the reasonable layout of oldresidential area renovation and the new town construction, perfect governmentregulation and market mechanism and strengthening the guidance and control of cityplanning.
