In all kinds of sudden disaster, the range, frequency and influence of the fire are all in the high level. Once the city fire occurs, it will cause great losses and influence on people, assets, social and economic development, such as ecology unbalance, the environment pollution and so on. In recent years the fire occurs frequently in China, and the loss and influence which the fire caused are extremely bad, so do the research on the risk analysis of city fire and the corresponding evaluation index system will provide theory support for fire prevention and mitigation assessment and the corresponding measures formulating through the government.Because the city fire research at home and abroad is extremely rare, so this paper do the research and analysis deeply on the integrated risk assessment of the city fire on the basis of the current research results in building fire and forest fire. First, put forward the evaluation criteria combined with the definition of the integrated risk assessment of the city; Second, put forward research framework of the integrated risk assessment of the city fire, on the basis of the two kinds of city fire hazard theory and its relevance analysis results; And provide support content for establishing evaluation index system after the city fire hazard factor-vulnerability analysis; And then establish the process of the integrated risk assessment of the city based on the related principles of the system evaluation. Finally put forward the evaluation index system and do the filter based on the method of hierarchical clustering type R. Then put forward the assessment model based on fuzzy pattern recognition model, and finally do the empirical study with A city.The integrated risk assessment of the city fire assessment model based on fuzzy pattern recognition model provides new ideas for this paper, solve the problem of different unit of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation index, and materialize the fuzzy indexes; make the evaluation result more accurate. And it has practical meaning on reducing the integrated risk of the city fire.
