With the energy crisis and increasingly serious environmental problems caused by traditional energy in today's world,finding a new green energy become the common voice of all mankind. This is the background of the subject: wind-solar hybrid power generation System.Solar energy and wind energy are two kinds of widely used renewbale resources,whose characteristics are complementary. Thus, the application of the off-grid wind-solar hybrid power generation system is possible. Based on the general wind-solar hybrid power generation system,this paper introduces a improved off-grid wind-solar hybrid power generation system that we add the commercial electricity to the system.The system combined wind-solar power supply and commercial electricity make the system more steady and save the initial investment. Meanwhile, based on the control strategy, the system begin to use the commercial electricity until there are no solar energy and wind energy for using the solar and wind energy as much as possible.According to the features of the power generation system,we design the control strategy and develop the controller of the off-grid wind-solar hybrid power generation system, which includes the controller of the system and the host computer managing software. The main functions of the controller are system monitoring, system control, alarm, communication, etc. The development of the controller includes hardware development and software development. The MCU is the core of the controller. Meanwhile, we design A/D conversion circuit, communication circuit, display circuit etc. We compile the software with assembly language, which consists of main program, control subroutine, data acquisition subroutine etc. We compile the managing software with VB6.0.The development of the managing software includes interface design and programming. It can display the real-time operation data of the system, save the data, set up parameters of the controller etc.By the trial run and operation data analysis, we can see that the system runs stably and reliably and this type of system can be widely used.
