Conducted Immunity Test Technology Research For Electrical Devices Inside Battery Electrical Vehicle

Recently, with warmly discussing the weather change and new energy, electrical vehicle (EV) has become the new focus inside automobile industry, evenly it has also become the new economic engine to get rid of2008finical crises in the worldwide and push economic model change in China. But because of the special character (high voltage and big current) of the electrical vehicle, different from the traditional internal-combustion engine, the safety of electrical vehicle is paid more and more attention by the public. So, the EMS test aimed to electrical vehicle has become more and more important.This article mainly makes research into the electrical structure and electromagnetic interference phenomena inside battery electrical vehicle. Especially, it aimed to EMS test technology for electrical vehicle.At first, the working principle and electrical structure of electrical vehicle is introduced. Especially it describes the charging block, power driven block and on-board electrical appliances inside electrical vehicle.Secondly, the electromagnetic interference phenomena inside electrical vehicle is analyzed and researched. According to the classification in the above paragraph, the inner vehicle is divided into three parts (charging block, power driven block and on-board electrical appliances) and discussed individually. Then, the interference waveforms are captured by the specific test instrument and they are analyzed and classified according to their characters.Then, this dissertation discusses the EMS test technology deeply for the electrical vehicle. It illustrates the structure of EMS test standards, especially lists the test standards for electrical vehicle. It introduces two part test technology according to the charging block and on-board electrical appliances. It also gives the test validation working conditions the theory of test equipment、test set-up and test report.Finally, it describes and discusses the future test tendency for special power driven block inside the electrical vehicle.
