The subject of my company a pickup of the Mcpherson type front independent suspension for the theory and practice of the optimization design, system design to solve the pickup problems, improve the design level of car design.Through the design of the vehicle's front independent suspension kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis, concludes that the front wheel alignment parameters in front of the left and right wheel heart beating under 100mm curves. And using the experience and reference of foreign mature front suspension parameter variation curve of these characteristic curves were analyzed analysis found the design source of car suspension scheme anti-roll properties difference problem.In view of the existing problems, according to the actual working experience and reference of a foreign mature pickup models is proposed for accurate solutions, namely: to adjust the diameter of lateral stable pole scheme.In the optimization process, in as far as possible the design front suspension system components do the least adjustment or change principle, for the three increase in the diameter of lateral stable pole for the vehicle ride comfort, handling stability related parameters by simulation analysis, this paper detailed introduces three schemes there are bigger difference and counter heeling ability has important influence parameter curve, through the relevant parameter curve comparison, clearly see three options in each parameter in quality, through comprehensive analysis, determines the final scheme and the transverse stable rod diameter is 27mm for the vehicle design the best solution.The program simply by changing the transverse stabilizer rod diameter would be an easy job to improve the car design of the overall level, it is a kind of simple and effective, fast and convenient way to solve the problem. This topic in the course of the study, the choice of a foreign mature models as a design reference models, will design a pickup with the reference car front suspension and other systems for comparison, is greatly convenient for the performance parameters of conclusion analysis, for the design of the front suspension optimization design direction, shortened greatly the research cycle, for the design of car prototype trial-manufacture and test provides a very good reference.
