The simulation of power system is the basis of power system analysis, and the power system simulation technology plays important parts in the power system analysis and the prevention of accidents. With the capacity of power system increasing, the scale of simulation software of power system becoming larger and larger. However, in the early 1990s, the Object Oriented Technology (OOT) solved many problems about the power system's simulation software in the aspect of expansion and maintenance'difficulties, which making the Object Oriented Technology gradually used in the power system software development.Although the function of electrical power system simulation software which appearing on the market has been formidable, it still has some inelasticity in some special application domain. On the hand, the new electronic technology emerges one after another incessantly, from this will bring some new questions to need to process. On the anther hand, the users receive the simulation software in the way of products packaged, so the users can not give us targeted modifications from the field conditions, and can not be used the simulation software to the scene exactly. If the users want to modify the results based on the field conditions, they must make representations to the developers, while this can be cased the second consumed and the high cost of running system.Therefore, developing a basic simulation kit with easily using, simply maintenance, good extension has great practical significance. This tool can flexibleness adapt each kind of analysis demand and the development needing of the electrical power system.On the basis of this idea and demand, this thesis using the Object Oriented Technology to develop a simulation kit of the power system. This kit has basically contained the primary element which the power system network involves in the present stage, this kit also has contained the algorithmic routine the simulation computation involves. This kit adopts C++ from the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 to develop the program and also uses the DLL technology in Microsoft Windows to package different kinds of kits from the corresponding DLL file, which realizing the independence between every kits and enhancing the invoking quickness between them.In this kit, it develops most basic element models in the present power system network, meanwhile develops various relevant methods and operational methods about the power flow calculation, which makes the power flow calculation becoming easier. In the process of developing, we take the software interface problems into consideration, that is, the other developers can invoke the relevant models easily, realizing the function of open source, secondary development and good maintainability.
