Study On New Rural Residential Design In Gannan

From 1978 rural production of contracted responsibility system, up to now have gone through more than 30 years, in that time, the rural economy had great progress, but long-standing neglect of the rural architectural design, the construction of the rural house has been the lack of appropriate theoretical guidance and in construction of Simple repetition. In 2005 the country put forward "the construction of a new socialist countryside" the slogan, and introduced a lot of its policy, after several years of economic accumulation, the rural residential construction will usher in a construction peak.In this context, combined with the practical situation around and spread on the rural residential design research work, and then guide rural residential construction, both for the socialist new countryside construction, to improve farmers' quality of life are of significance.In this paper the rural residential design of Gannan as the research object, first of all, I choice three village in DaYu Prefecture for farmers live on present situation, the life habits, production investigation; Then, geography and climate, family structure and mode of production,the three main influence factors of housing design would be analysied and researched; In this study, based on the rural residential interior space classification, launched research respectively, combined with human body engineering related theory, to determine the composition of the scale of the residential space requirements; For the use of Ganan rural energy saving technology and Seismic technology, work on a summary; With the above as a basis for the last completed a farmer family in residential design,and try to look forward to through the study out a suitable for rural residential design method of Gannan.
