Evaluation And Optimization Of Comprehensive Disaster-Prevention System In Lianshan, Huludao

Because of the development of productivity, Cities prosperity and economic concentrations, population density, leading to a variety of factors continue to increase in disasters, the city expanded the types of disasters to larger areas.With the expansion of the city, disaster-prone and a greater frequency has resulted in larger range and more far-reaching impact.Severe damage, secondary effects of disasters and chains are making the city to take a huge risk. The more vulnerable the more prosperous cities, so comprehensive planning and construction of urban comprehensive disaster-prevention system is particularly important.Now, the study of evaluation , planning and construction of urban comprehensive disaster-prevention system is small, it is on the initial stage from engineering construction to the construction of non-engineering with planning.This article,case of Lianshan area of Huludao, carefully analysed the existing disaster-prevention space ,facilities and the reality needs of urban disaster-prevention, to give evaluation and planning proposals on the basis of regional general considerations, which is of great significance of increasing the capacity of urban disaster-prevention and protecting continued strong development of the city.This article started from urban comprehensive disaster-prevention, summarized the status of urban disaster-prevention at home and abroad, analyzed the elements of urban disaster-prevention function, which is an important basis for selection of the evaluation index for urban comprehensive disaster-prevention.And discussed the application of secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on urban comprehensive disaster-prevention system, quantified calculated and evaluated the composition of subsystems index respectively,with the considerations of urban reality we got planning program and proposals.
