Community Park Space Design Based On Environmental Perception

As an important element of urban green space system,community park is a type of parks which mostly close to the daily life of the residents. With the rapid growth of the living standard,people began to pursue a more comfortable and pleasant living environment.In this contiouous, how to provide a outdoor space which full of vigor and vitality of residens in order to achieve their various personal and social activities, how to meet the perception and psychological needs of users, have becoming the great challenges in front of Community Park Design.As an important branch of the the Environmental Psychology,the Environmental Perception Theory researches the environment problems with the Perceptive Psychology. Understanding the Environmental Perception Theory and it's properties and factors,is an important content for the community park design.Combining the point of view of the Environmental Perception with the method of the space design of community park,the thesis discussed the form of community park space and its features:the ingredient of the environmental perception experience in community park space; the interaction system of the environmental perception in community park space. Then,accroding the research, the thesis analysised the crowd behavior and psychological needs, proposed some design points and method to promote a better interaction between human and environment.Currently, the landscape design has been turned to create the moods of human nature instead of pursuit a pure beauty form. In community park space design, Starting from the user's experience and using the Environmental Perception Theory through an interdisciplinary, multi-angle approach will have a broader space for development.
