| With increasingly strict emission regulations, stringent requirements are proposed on the emission control and fuel economy on diesel engine. High-pressure common-rail fuel system is more and more popular by kinds of advantages such as high injection pressure, flexible control injection rate and volume etc. Therefore, it is very significant to study influence factors of the injection performance in common-rail fuel system and optimize the injection performance.Based on a marine diesel engine of RT-flex60C, this thesis research the injection performance of the common-rail fuel system through numerical simulation method, gets kinds of key influence factors and law of the injection performance in common-rail system.Firstly, establish the simulation model of the common-rail fuel injection system in AMESim condition, and demarcating the simulation with experimental data.After that, influencing factors of the common-rail fuel injection system were studied. At the same time we has made analysis on the influence by seven of the key factors in the system, such as nozzle diameter, valve lift, valve preload, high-pressure tubing diameter, high-pressure pipeline length, accumulator chamber volume and fuel quantity piston etc. and find these factors'influence law. Then analyses the relevance between the seven key factors and injection performance through correlation analysis method. Find that the fuel injection performance is the interaction of these parameters. Finally, this paper makes in-depth study of the injection character on full load in different conditions as single injection, multiple injections and sequential injection. Change laws of the injection character has been researched comprehensively as a reliable theoretical basis for the optimal control strategy. |
