The Research On Evaluation Of Green Construction Of Expressway

Expressway construction is bringing rapid development to the regional economy along with high pressure to the Ecological Environment and causing increasing problems on it. It's an inevitable trend on expressway construction to apply to and evaluate on green construction while sustainable Development becoming the Global Strategy for the Coordinated development of human and natural.?The paper is studied on the evaluation on the green construction of expressway. It's explored from the thoery aspect on the development and improvement of the evaluation on national expressway green construction.First of all, the basic theory of Evaluation of green construction of expressway has been studied in the Paper.Green construction; green construction evaluation and gray system theory are introduced. Secondly, Pressure-Status- Response framework model was analyzed and used to establish frame model of index system of green construction evaluation of expressways, and green construction evaluation of expressway index system have been constructed by this model, and proposed the corresponding index calculation methods by making use of this indicator system. the weight of each index bave been calculated by AHP, simultaneously the evaluated model of green construction evaluation of expressway bave been established by comprehensive evaluation of the gray system theory. Finally, a project that is Yongxiu to Wuning Expressway have been evaluated by evaluation of the gray system theory, the aim is to proved usefulness of model of green construction evaluation of Expressway.Expressway Construction Evaluation of green could improve the level of environmental protection and promote our goals of ecological environment in process of the expressway construction, it could provide basis for government and developers to rate the environmental performance of the contractors, and also improve resource utilization and socio-economic sustainable development .It can maintenance the harmonization between the natural ecosystems and social systems fully, and minimize the damage and disturbance on the natural environment, and strive to achieve regional economic, ecological environment and sustainable development of social systems.
