Into the21st century, the rapid development of social, economic and urbanizationprocess is accelerating.It takes with a series of issues of the sharp drop in naturalresources and ecological destruction, etc. So more and more people concern.human getsalong with the natural environment of harmony, the principle of sustainabledevelopment has become an inevitable choice.The industrial economy of society isconstantly in transition.The construction sector must also change its mode ofdevelopment, green building of energy saving and environmental protection points outthe direction for the development of construction industry.Construction coordination, health, sustainable development, run through the entirelife activities in the construction process, also decision-making in the project, programdesign, construction and use phase of a comprehensive strategy of sustainabledevelopment. Construction process is the direct and the most obvious on resourceconsumption and environmental effects,and will affect the use of building. Greenconstruction is bound as the inevitable requierment in the construction process. Toestablish a line with the objective facts, reasonable, targeted, easy-to-construction greenconstruction evaluation system is conducive to the development and promotion of greenconstruction. In this thesis, focus on the main line of green construction, greenconstruction practices and scientific evaluation to discourse construction greenconstruction.Earlier in this article it describes the research and development of greenconstruction projects at home and abroad, and put forward problems in our country ingreen construction and green construction evaluation, combined with the informationgiven in the view of the green construction, the essential characteristics,countries needto be guided in terms of green construction, how to promote and operational use ofgreen construction technology, according to the study of literature and the practice ofsummary and green construction are summarized into three major aspects: economicaluse of all types of resources, control the environmental load of the construction phase,the integrated management of the site, and every aspect of in-depth analysis,subsequently establishedgreen construction evaluation index system framework, andAHP to determine the weight value of each index and the given criteria of indicators,take into account the evaluation of green construction is more than one index, multi-factor, multi-level systems, and fuzzy property. Papers use fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate the green construction, a corresponding model isestablished and give a specific evaluation process.Finally, the paper used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate greenconstruction by the practical engineering application through specific case. And givesimulation and calculation, and the results of the evaluation of the project’s greenconstruction. The results confirmed that green construction evaluation method of thepaper is feasible and appropriate.
