Its management philosophy and approach is a combination of economic and technical scientific method, has been widely applied to various fields of social aspects, in order to improve project management, resource utilization and promote liter, to better enhance the economic and social benefits, has played a its unique performance.The building of industrial parks has an important social and economic impact on the development of a region construction, but there is a large government investment or investment risk, and many other unforeseen factors. The goal of this paper is to explore the value engineering theory into the construction of industrial parks, in the case of advanced manufacturing industry park of Weifang Binhai Economic & Development area, under the current conditions, the use of value engineering theory, exploration and research into how to better solve the Park production the contradiction between the lowest life cycle cost, to achieve social and economic benefits.The paper first studies on domestic and international status application of value engineering, and then analysis the application characteristics in the business community, then introduces the value engineering works and ways and means, also proposed the introduction of the theory of value engineering methods in the case of advanced manufacturing industry park of Weifang Binhai Economic & Development area. The paper establishes the value of evaluation index system through a combination of qualitative and quantitative method and assigns weight indicator system though a systematic analysis method, also establishes an appropriate mathematical model by value analysis. At the same time, the paper analysis the methods,procedures and application of value engineering what can be achieved, and also indicates possible research directions. |
