The Planning Research Of Nanjing Gulou District Intellectual Industrial Parks's Which Is Based On The Questionnaire Survey Of Employees

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the economic growth mode transforms from relying solely on the number of natural resources and the low cost inputs of human resources, to relying on the knowledge and information to obtain competitive advantage, knowledge and information become the fundamental driving force for the new economy. In recent years, the parks about intellectual industry all over the country are developing constantly, but due to the lack of a unified concept of these new industrial park, also the guidance and regulation about their planning, there are some troubles on the park planning. This research takes Gulou District of Nanjing intellectual industrial park as the object, hoping to provide a reference for standarding intellectual industrial park's planning and construction, by solving the industrial positioning, region selection, traffic conditions, facilities, space design, policy and other problems on it.This research mainly adopts the method of the combination of qualitative and quantitative, exploring the influence factors on the Gulou District of Nanjing intellectual industrial park's development, and puting forward the planning proposals by demand survey on the employees.It consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, defines the concept of intellectual industry and intellectual industrial park through reading literature,and studies the dynamics and the actual case of intellectual industrial park at home and abroad. The second chapter summarizeds the current characteristics of Gulou District of Nanjing intellectual industrial parks,they have a lot of numbers and types,but the scale is small, the orientation of industry characteristic is not prominent, the supporting facilities is not perfect and the industrial agglomeration scale and the efficiency is low. The third chapter analyzes the main factors that the employees focus on, by sort of factors, are traffic conditions, surrounding resources, park facilities, communication space, government policy, the park scale, the quality of enterprises, the orientation of industry characteristic. The fourth chapter in view of the present situation of the Gulou District of Nanjing intellectual industrial park, puts forward the concrete planning suggestions,are optimize the location of the park layout, interior design innovation, improve the park's supporting functions, highlighting the industrial characteristics of the positioning and providing improved support policies. The last chapter is the summary of the paper, puts forward the main research conclusion and the deficiency of this research.
