Pattern of land development also influences the traffic pattern. City land use and traffic of this close relationship has decided that the land use planning and traffic planning should be considered, integration. Along with the National City high speed railway, intercity railway construction, city train station become to high speed railroad, city rail, long-distance passenger transport and other transport modes of transport as one of the integrated transport hub, the hub station construction should not only with the city traffic convergence, but also to solve their own various types of traffic mode transfer problem, at the same time also will give its surrounding area development brings huge stimulative action.The long-term planning of the integrated transport hub area to avoid short-term blind development which reduce the value of the hub land, is the very important work for local government.This paper takes a prefecture level city-Weifang as the research object, unifies the domestic and foreign related theory, draw lessons from the comprehensive transport hub construction and development experience of large cities in the world, using the theory of the TOD model of land use development strategy, with Weifang city train station surrounding regional planning, discusses the issues about under the background of the development and construction in the prefecture level city's comprehensive transportation hub how to gain the maximum value of the land in orbit traffic around to optimize the city space and the layout of the land and the industrial layout of a city, searching the appropriate methods of Weifang development to improve the sustainable development of city. |
