Research On The Progress Control Of Z Real Estate Project

With the deepening of the reform of the market economy and the change of the diversity of people's demand for life,the operation mode of the real estate development projects simply by expanding the scale of development can not meet the people's desire for a better life.In the face of more and more fierce market competition,the real estate enterprises have carried out innovation and upgrading,changing the previous extensive management methods,actively seeking more effective management methods through the application of project management technology,so that the progress control system based on the status of the real estate enterprise project management is of great significance.This paper selects the representative Z real estate development project as the research object in the process of the transformation and development of the Y enterprise,and combines the actual situation of the project,the control means and the management effect on the content,object and scope of the project progress control,through the original data arrangement and analysis,the related personnel interview and so on.Methods taking the development and construction of the first phase of Z project as an example,the improvement measures for Z project schedule control were obtained.This article first introduces the background and significance of the topic,through the research status of the project progress management at home and abroad,selected the research content and technical route of this article,and on the basis of the theoretical research,combined with the application status of the Z project progress control measures,summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of the project progress control,and focuses on the analysis of the rules.The problems such as unclear control range,imprecise object and incomplete control content exist in various stages of design,engineering construction and systematization progress control,such as poor control of design progress and incomplete control of construction period,and then analysis of project progress on the basis of problem analysis and theoretical support.The design phase of degree control and the systematic solution of the construction phase of the project;finally,the viewpoint of moderate control,full cycle related control and harmonization with the coordinated control of resources is put forward,and the direction and content of the follow-up research are also prospected.
