Study On Progress Control Of Shengshihuafu Project In Weifang City

In this paper, as an example of Weifang Shengshihuafu project, the paper analyzes schedule management problems and impact of the project, makes project schedule planning and follows with the implement circumstance of inspect he item to take timely corrective measures, so that the project construction in strict accordance with the established plan implementation. Firstly, the paper makes work breakdown structure of the project, determine the node construction project, draw project network plan, determine the key line project, and optimize the project plan. Secondly, through the PDCA circulation principle, the three stage control principle and other means, the paper does the dynamic monitoring of the implementation of the project, proposes the progress control measures for each stage to ensure the realization of the project node schedule; find schedule comparison by schedule variance and take corrective measures timely to ensure the realization of the overall project schedule.
