Research On The Project Schedule Management Improvement Of Yizhang Program In Heyi Real Estate Company

In this paper,take HeYi real estate project in YiZhang as an example,from the project reality,many problems exist in YiZhang analysis in project schedule management and schedule,and compile the project schedule at the same time,the implementation of the project schedule to take real-time tracking and dynamic monitoring measures,and monitoring of the problems found in the analysis and timely adjustment the construction of the project,in strict accordance with the schedule plan.The paper first introduced the project work breakdown structure of the HeYi real estate project in YiZhang(WBS),each node time for the project of scientific estimates,to prepare the corresponding project schedule through the construction period,and then determine the critical path of the project,and finally optimized the project schedule.Secondly,this paper use the PDCA loop control principle and control principle of the three stage of the HeYi real estate project in YiZhang schedule implementation of dynamic monitoring,and the use of control measures to ensure the normal operation of each stage,to guarantee that the project can achieve a predetermined period.Thirdly,using the S curve method to detect contrast to the progress of project progress deviation and take the corresponding corrective measures to control the schedule deviation,finally to ensure the timely implementation of the overall project schedule is not too much to bias and affect the overall plan.Finally,this thesis summarizes the proposed research project schedule management method is not deep enough,only concern is one aspect of this time,and the quality and cost management not taked into account,further research is needed.Based on the study of the HeYi real estate project in YiZhang schedule management,from the discovery of the problem,to analyze problems,to propose a solution to the problem,step by step details how to compile the schedule,the schedule control system to monitor a series of content of the final regulation of deviation schedule by means of regulation,the hope it can provide some reference value to the progress of the project management of the real estate.
