At present, the rapid expansion of cities, urban electric load is growing rapidly, increasing the power load density, single-seat power supply radius of the substation is also gradually reduced. To meet the growing demand for urban electric load, you need a new high-voltage substations and power networks. With the economic and social development, as traditional industry power industry, its planning and construction of the external environment has undergone great changes in the planning and construction sectors, there were a lot of new problems, such as difficult to implement land use planning site, overhead high voltage lines by the obstruction, difficult land acquisition, project and construction period to extend the pre-construction costs and so on. And the traditional network planning, planning for the power-house, not included in urban planning and land use planning, there is no legal effect. As a selected line of the address and the nature of the corridor of land easily as other types of development away, making the site and the corridors are not protected:second, in the actual construction, if the project does not meet the regulatory plan, the will bring greater legal proceedings. Therefore, the goal of this project is the traditional power grid planning process, based on scientific and meticulous load forecasting, network planning and design well-structured, reasonable arrangements for power construction projects, to increase power supply capacity; with urban planning, reserved for high-pressure The high-voltage substation site and corridor land, land set aside for the development and construction of power grid space, from the planning level to resolve the site and the construction of the corridor there are some problems and difficulties. The research, reference to domestic and foreign scholars in the substation network planning and site selection, corridor selection of research results, and the use of MapInfo, ArcGis and other geographic information system software to be analyzed for the Electric Power Planning and Urban Planning and Designworkers and research staff provides planning methods and planning ideas. Finally, the results of research done to conclude and put forward the lack of research process and to be further addressed.
