Research On Location Planning Of Railway Logistics Node Based On Different Grades And Types

:In2009, the State Council promulgated the logistics industry developing plan, and the logistics center and multimodal transport have become the most important projects in modern logistics development. And in measures of promoting the healthy development of the logistics industry, proposed by the State Council in2011, the land policy of the key logistics park in the special plans is given high priority. In the "twelve-five planning" of the central and local governments, the logistics nodes planning have been a major matter in logistics planning, and the development of logistics center is facing good opportunities. Along with the capability of railway is releasing deeply, and the railway bureaus has begun the planning of railway nodes' location in the new environment. According to the plan, the development of modern railway logistics is further implementation of the diversification strategy in Railway Industry. The logistics base with large scale must be constructed accelerate, in order to improve rail freight transport capacity and service level. So, how to scientific plan the location of railway nodes of different grades and types to make them working harmoniously is the essential question. Therefore, research on location planning of railway logistics nodes based on different grades and types has a good strategic significance and great practical significance.Based on the research project of Ministry of Railway, through largely survey and data analysis, this thesis conducts the systemic research on location planning of railway logistics nodes based on different grades and types from the following aspects.(1) The Grades and Types System of Railway Logistics NodesThe thesis defines the concept of railway logistics nodes. Through considering the grades and types of traditional railways freight nodes and analyzing the relationship between the grades and types of railway logistics nodes, the system structure of railway logistics nodes has been designed.(2) The Connotation and Factors of Location Planning for Railway Logistics Nodes Based on Different Grades and TypesBased on the grades and types system of railway logistics nodes, the thesis analyzes the research objects, the main research content, the basic principles and characteristics of the location plan, and defines the factors on location planning of railway logistics nodes.(3) The Method and Planning Thinking of Railway Logistics NodesThrough analyzes the location plan of existing logistics nodes, the thesis puts forward the research processes and method system, and designs the forecasting method for railway logistics nodes of different kinds of goods'demand, the location methods of special city, the amount planning model of nodes and the site selection location model.(4) The Empirical Analysis and Design of Railway Logistics Nodes The thesis regards the reasonable location of railway logistics nodes in kind of region, analyzes the demand and supply conditions of location planning of railway logistics nodes in Xi'an railway bureau. After largely survey and data analysis, the thesis puts forward suggested scheme of location planning of railway logistics nodes.
