Along with rapid development of chemical industry and oil industry, Railway transportation volume of dangerous goods is growing constantly. Most of dangerous goods is transported in industry railway line. Ministry of railway has payed much attention to the monitoring of transportation of dangerous goods because of it’s highly risky and difficulty in management. But nowaday what level on safty management of transportation dangerous goods in industry railway line is undentify.It isn’t assessed for a long time.As a result, how to manage the dangerous goods transportation largely depends on experience. It’s necessary to establish a sort of effective method of transportation safety evaluation.Based on the research and analysis of the actual safety situation of industry railway line which transport dangerous goods, and from the spot in loading and unloading trucks, transportation, storage, management, emergency rescue such key links as the breakthrough point, comprehensive analysis on dangerous goods transport safety factor, identify key factors, forming railway private sidings transport of dangerous goods each link son evaluation system. Using the theories of system engineering for each branch evaluation system is simplified, optimization, and finally construct a comprehensive safety evaluation index system based on the analytic hierarchy and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model. The security of industrial railway line transport dangerous goods is comprehensive evaluated. And a better way to realize the qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis combination is found.In the process of research, aiming at a fuzzy evaluation of complex system, the evaluation limitations secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to attribute weights is quantized treatment. Finally, the article takes the industry railway line’s dangerous goods transportation as a example shows the model is fit for railway transport of dangerous goods production practice through calculation,it’s proves result can for the field management too, otherwise, the results can also provide certain reference for the related research work provide certain reference.
