High-Power Test Platform of Wind-power Generation Converter is researched for resolving practical problems in testing workflow of converter production line, such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, difficulty in simulating work-condition, and lack of international certification. In this subject, which relies on an actual development project of the Wind Power Company, the High-Power Test Platform of Wind-power Generation Converter is completely designed, and homologous monitoring system is developed.First, starting from the actual problems of the power converter detecting, the overall of the test platform and the monitoring system based on which are designed. The entire monitoring system uses a distributed measurement and centralized monitoring. The monitoring system is divided into two parts:the design of hardware and the design of software system.The hardware system uses a dual-DSP design. The ADSP-21262is mainly used in the calculation of various electrical parameters for high computing ability and fast calculation speed; and the ADSP-BF536is mainly used for data management, monitoring of entire system and host computer communication for having a rich peripheral interface. And system signal conditioning, acquisition, and communications circuit modules are designed.Visual DSP++is used as development platform of software system to design and develop the main system, data acquisition, data processing, and system communication modules. Harmonic analysis is the basis of the calculation of various electrical parameters and system evaluation, so the study of harmonic analysis algorithm for data processing module, processing data windowing FFT operation, and then interpolation to correct data, and finally verified the algorithm with Matlab simulation.Finally, the monitoring and control system is contacted with the interactive interface and validated via test of system function, and collecting relevant data for comparison and error analysis to verify the rationality of the monitoring system. The experiments show that:the entire monitoring system is high real-time, capacity in testing, high degree of intelligence, and greatly reduced the need for human intervention, but also improved the efficiency and quality of converter detecting.
