The Design And Implementation Of Power Dispatching Automation System Based On GPRS

Dispatching automation system is an important tool to monitor the operation status of power system, ensure the safety, economics and high quality work of the power grid, and can fast judge and deal with an accident. With the rapid development of Qihe power supply and the gradual complex of the power grid operation mode, there will be more evidence to be provided that how important the dispatching automation system is.Paper first introduces the function of electrical SCADA systems, combined with the power company Qihe County dispatching automation system upgrade project,this thesis studies the best practical plans of dispatching automation operation management, which includes the daily management of dispatching automation, the equipment management of new-built dispatching automation, the defect management of automation device, the spare parts management, the staff training management, the technology materials management and so on. Because of it, the whole-process control of power grid is achieved, an important role in the safety operation and the economic dispatching of power grid will be played and so on.Secondly, the paper shows the GPRS communication interface hardware and software implementation process, and test module in the PC-side TCP/IP connection. GPRS module microcontroller processing functions with a strong series of chip ARM7 LPC2132; data memory using a power-down protection functions CAT1023; communication module built the company well-chosen TCP/IP protocol of the wireless module M590.The module doesn't need the development of communication protocol. It can speed up the design of product and will be beneficial for product to be invested in our country's power market.Finally, the system testing and benefit analysis are carried on in this thesis. In this system, information sharing is achieved, the cost of operation maintenance is decreased, productivity is improved, voltage qualified rate and power supply reliability are increased,the level of load forecasting is promoted, reliability and real time of dispatching automation system is achieved. So the level of high-quality service is promoted.It is highly praised and recognized by the society, business and customers and it has gained good management efficiency, economic efficiency, security efficiency and social efficiency.
