In our country, the level of the integrated distribution automation is still relatively lower, function is still in the singleness; designer is the lack of consideration of the comprehensive and integrated system at the same time. It resulted in operating a variety of automated systems to manage distribution network for the power supply department, the formation of "Automation Island" phenomenon. At present, automation system mainly includes supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), feeder automation(FA), AM/FM/GIS, load management system, remote meter-reading system and so on. The problem of the repeated construction inevitably leads to investment cost for the power supply department. A variety of automated systems operate independently, because of the lower of sharing and interconnection, the data can not able to share and exchange, Building Distribution Automation System of the high integrated and rich application modules is become the urgent affairs. At the same time it is also the focus of this article of research.The main factors restricted the development level of Distribution Automation System have computer programming technology and communication technology. In recent years, with the enhancement of IT technology, computer programming is not as complicated as before, development environment is simple and convenient, which promote the system software to the development of more advanced features; Communication technology has been the distribution network development of the weakness. Because of characteristics of low-speed, bad real-time, construction complex and great investment, it seriously restricts the development of Distribution Automation System. With the promotion of GPRS/GSM network, communication mode of GPRS/GSM has been applied in distribution network. According to the requirement of this subject, this paper will build the design of the integrated DAS base on GPRS/GSM.According to the design requirements, the paper intends to build the design scheme of integrated distribution automation system based on GPRS/GSM. In the design and development process, this paper adopts the public network to establish communication system. In the software part, Visual C#.NET is used by development environment; Using SQL Server and ActiveX technology realize function of the data storage and Web publishing technology. The emphasis of this design is establishing one body of background processing system, which integrates from AMR module and FA module and includes SCADA, AM/FM/GIS, and Web publishing system. The purpose is to realize the integration of distribution network process. |
