| It plays an important role in the national economy and social life at every country to product electric power, the EMS system is an important means to ensure the power system running safety, economy and high quality.With the development of economic in shan wei, the development of power grids tends to be reasonable and perfect, the dispatching automation system of shan wei power grids is an important means to guarantee the power grid's security, stability and economic operation, however, its function can't meet the needs of growing power grid. In order to guarantee the normal operation of power grid, in order to ensure the building and function realization of dispatching automation system, it is necessary to make a study on the function and trend of dispatching automation system and strengthen the operation and management of dispatching automation system.This paper has summarized the operation and management status of dispatching automation system of power grid and discussed the objectives and significance of EMS system operated in dispatching automation of power grid. It presents the system functions and requirements to be considered in SCADA, PAS and other aspects based on the different demands and characteristics.In this paper, the function requirements, application, properties of dispatching automation system of power grids is described, research on the methods to solve the problems in the operation and the management of dispatching automation system of power grids is made with the analysis of function and structure of dispatching automation system of shan wei power grids. |
