The Application Of Modular Design To Cutting & Dividing Machine Development Project In A Company

Modular design is one of the most effective way to realize Mass Customization of instant noodle equipment. The diversity of product makes for high core competitiveness in the market, so the goal of this thesis is to find a method to establish instant noodle equipment's flexible platform and product family development technology with modular design and parameterized design.The thesis used modular design with parameterized module to meet the need of instant noodle equipment development based on the modular design theory and application experience in enterprise. First, we discussed the module partition method and code system of sub-module, combine with parameterized design, we developed the flexible platform for instant noodle equipment, then introduced the product family development technology based on this platform. Second, we give an example to verify the method is available.At last, we verified the feasibility of this method with the data of A company's cutting & dividing machine, which is one of the important equipment of instant noodle line.
