The Research And Development Of The Parameterized Design System Of The Special Vehicle Based On Mass Customization

This paper firstly introduced the background and the purpose of the research project. In order to fill the need of the research work, the research state and developing trend of the mass customization model and the computer aided design of the vehicle are summarized in detail. It indicates that it is necessary to research on the special vehicle design for mass customization.Then the conception , connotation and function of the mass customization and the design for mass customization are introduced. And then the basic design methods about products configure, modularization and parallel design for mass customization are analyzed. At the same time, the paper expatiated the state and the function of the special vehicle, analyzed the situation of the special vehicle corporation and the features of design of the special vehicle in our country. It can be combined about mass customization and special vehicle design in a way.On the base of above, the paper mentioned the conception of the special vehicle design for mass customization and expatiated the basic ideology, then analyzed the functions and the economy of special vehicles design for mass customization. The paper researched the basic progress and methods of the special vehicle and products configuration and the parameterized design using special vehicles as example, mentioned some concrete algorithms and process. These researches indicate that special vehicles design for mass customization is available in theory and in reality. In order to supply the design tools for the special vehicle design for mass customization, the parameterized design system using for special vehicles is developed. Then the paper analyzed basic requirements, system architect, data structures, function structures and technological process, introduced the process coding of the system, including menus design, dialogs design, main functions design and provided an example which is based on van.In the end, the paper summarized all of the research works and looked into the future of the special vehicle design for mass customization. These researches in the future should be in facets with classed the family of products, found thestandardization and normalization and created digital model. Meanwhile in order to make special vehicles design system to become commercial system, it is should be considered to research some issues about intelligent, 3D, integrated, network and coordinated.
