| Hybrid technology is regarded as one of the most promising technologies for clean vehicles through worldwide. The main topic of this dissertation is the automatic clutch control system for HEV and its implementation in the real vehicle. Automatic clutch in the paper include power-frugal clutch with the realization of HEV operating conditions, and AMT (Automatic Mechanical Transmission) clutch used to cooperate shifting operations. The dissertation is divided into four main parts as follows:The first part introduces the scheme and structure of HEV in our project, as well as roles of two automatic clutches with different functions. Then the automatic clutch system is expounded in details, including its principle, development and classification. Also, automatic clutch control strategy and evaluation criteria are investigated. In the analysis of automatic clutch executing agency scheme home and abroad, the second part put forward a motor-hydraulic scheme adopted in our system. Then diaphragm spring features are expounded, including load characteristics, torque transfer characteristics and wear characteristics. On this basis, the system parameters are calculated and an appropriate brushless DC (BLDC) motor is selected for the clutch executing agency. The third part gives detailed study of BLDC motor including its structure, principle, mathematical models, control method, and PID control strategy. Then Matlab/Simulink toolbox is used for the simulation of BLDC motor control system, and the BLDC motor relevant properties are analysed based on the simulation results which lay the foundation for the study of the digital controlled BLDC motor system with high performances.Automatic clutch control system is proposed in the fourth part, and the communication module is also designed based on the system. Information transmission can be achieved between PC and cotroller. |
