Roots blower is a typical positive displacement blowers with advantages of high pressure, small impact by resistance and stability for the wind. But In the course of using it is also a drawback of strong vibration. In order to meet the requirements of modern industry it is very necessary to reduce the vibration of the Roots blower by certain measures. Roots blower vibration isolation research is valuableIn this paper, Roots blower is the object and this study made a thorough study of the Roots blower vibration isolation systems, vibration, etc. In addition, this paper also analyzed the application of classical theory of vibration isolation in the modern design of vibration isolation system. Moreover it analyzed the traditional single-layer vibration isolation system and explored a number of factors which affect the stability of vibration isolation system, and then provided a reference for practical engineering designing of vibration isolation.In vibration analysis, this paper studied the vibration isolation system's transmission characteristics of power flow in considering the case of foundation stiffness vibration isolation system from the energy point of view. And studied the theoretical of the power flow systematic and Norton equivalent theory. And design a vibration isolation system, analyzed the application of the mechanical impedance of concepts and theories in vibration isolation by the background of the actual project. This paper derived the power flow expression of flexible isolation system by the method of mechanical impedance and made the numerical simulation.This paper established the models of the mechanical vibration isolation system and power flow transfer and reference to the theory of electrical disciplines by reading extensive literature. In addition, this paper applied to Norton equivalent analysis in the way of the derivation of vibration isolation system power flow expression when analysis of the circuit. Moreover this paper transferred of power flow isolation system for numerical simulation by program that made in Matlab and then came to power flow vibration system frequency response curve. In this way, this paper can get the effect of different parameters on the vibration isolation system and vibration stability of the vibration isolation system. At last the research findings will be applied to engineering practice and verify the reliability of the conclusions combine with the project of "the Roots blower unit vibration coercion of the sewage treatment plant in a factory".
