Research On Risk Evaluation Of Engineering Quality

As a project product of construction project, The investment and consumption of HR, materials and other resources are quite larger, In order to get project products which are in need, the investors will pay greater investment, and put them into the social life in a specific period of time, for meeting the needs of production and life. Once some problems happened to in the project quality, then these problems not only can not play its due role, but also causes serious impact because of the quality, safety and other issues of the beneficial to the people's livelihood and social security environment. Important project, quality first, at present, our country still has not set up a comprehensive evaluation index system in the quality of the project risk management and assessment, and we are lack of accurate risk evaluation of the original data and empirical research. This research mainly correlates the theoretic analysis with empirical studies, on evaluating and researching in project quality risk. We hope that this research will provide relevant reference for the construction administration department on how to make quality Supervision, and it will provide something for the project owners which they will accord to on assess the project quality, it also will provide suggestion for the construction company on the standard self quality risk of managing program and relevant methods, so we will make another step on improving the level of quality risk management in construction program.Relied on modern project management theory and combined the domestic program management experience with the international ones, this paper start from the inner law of quality risk management in project program and practical need, and by using the factors analysis method, it sets up a system working in project program life cycle, emphasizes the key controlling factors, and the project program dynamic index system which can be majorly observed in quantization, and based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper will process a research on the project program quality risk, in the mean time, this paper will directly provide effective policy in solving the problem on project program quality risk controlling, so that we will make the products eligible, and stimulate the construction enterprise to develop orderly in a healthy way, and create tremendous both economical and social effectiveness for the enterprise and society.In the end, this paper processed a prospect on the study of quality risk management theory, and focus on promoting quality management theory get applied comprehensively in project program management.
