Design Quality Management Evaluation Of Tsinghua Auditorium Conservation And Restoration Project

In recent years,historical architectural heritage value have been exploited,government pay more attention to its protection and investment.But opportunities in the field of cultural building repairmen comes with design quality problems,which not only affects the historical value of cultural building itself,but also directly affects the final repair of construction quality.Usually,it is because the quality management of the design is not strictly controlled.The control of the design quality directly reflects the management level,and the improvement of the management level requires an objective evaluation of the management and a continuous summary of experience.However at present,China does not have formed the design quality management evaluation system and evaluation method for the protection and repair project of cultural buildings.At present,China does not have a set of scientific,systematic,operable and comparable standards to guide the design quality management evaluation,and also lacks relevant theoretical research in this field.Combining with years of practical experience,I feel that project quality management evaluation of the design of the protection of cultural construction plays an indispensable important role to improve the quality management system.In order to protect historical and architectural heritage,we should explore constantly.This is also our responsibility when we face our ancestors and our descendants.This article will break through the fixed thinking mode in the practical engineering,with Tsinghai university auditorium protection restoration project as an example,and will to refine the problem in the design of cultural construction restoration project.This article chooses quality management system as the research object,and carries forward the in-depth research hierarchically.Through lots of reading literature,on the basis of extracting factors that influencing the quality of design management indicators,I use expert questionnaire revised index,to build the corresponding evaluation index system.Based on the study of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).I determine the weights of evaluation indexes,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish mathematical model.This article makes an objective evaluation on the design quality management of Tsinghai auditorium protection and repair project,analyzes the existing weak links in the process of design quality management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the design quality management.This article highlights the important role of design quality management evaluation through research,which can provide reference for management personnel in the design team to make decisions before,during and after the event.Although this project is one of many individual projects,I hope that the solutions will have certain enlightening effect on similar projects in the future.
