With the development of science and technology,new materials and precision technology are widely used in aircraft,which greatly improves the safety and reliability of aircraft.From the angle of accident cause,human factors risk has become the biggest hidden danger to civil aviation safety.This article analyzes human factor risks in aircraft maintenance,taking TX Airport aircraft maintenance work as an example,constructs a human factor risk assessment system in aircraft maintenance,and makes in-depth thinking and research on reducing human factor risks,proposing control measures.Based on the theoretical foundation of human factor research,this article summarizes human factors as human factors generated by natural individuals themselves,human factors generated between natural individuals,and human factors generated between natural individuals and other software,hardware,and environment factors in aircraft maintenance.This is the starting point and foundation of this article’s research,and subsequent research is based on in-depth decomposition of these three categories.Starting from the actual work of TX Airport Maintenance Department,this article elaborates on the current situation of human factor risk management.TX Airport Maintenance Department can fully implement the safety production responsibility system,fully ensure the allocation of employees in various positions,and develop detailed risk assessment standards.This article adopts the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to construct a human factor risk assessment system for aircraft maintenance at TX Airport,achieving the quantification of qualitative indicators.This article divides human factors into 7 first level indicator layers and 28 second level indicator layers.By determining each risk matrix and weight,the overall risk is ultimately determined.Based on this,it can be determined whether the current level of human factor risk is acceptable.If you want to reduce the risk level,you can start with each indicator sub item specifically.Finally,based on the risk assessment results,corresponding control strategies are proposed.
