In recent years,with the continuous development of the computer technology,the field which electric power enterprise belongs to has taken place great change accordingly.The scale of the power grid's main frame expands continually,extra high voltage develops quickly and the unattended substation and few people on duty substation increase continually.Centralized control automation system has developed into a kind of new operation and maintenance pattern of extra high voltage power grid,namely the automation system which incorporates real time monitoring(SCADA),operation management,intelligent operation ticket and senior application. Operating personnel can monitor the operation situation of substation equipments and control the equipments by this system.At the same time,now that the State Grid Company has established the system of"Three sets of five",design,building,operation and maintenance of the centralized control system are required higher.This article sets in the engineering construction of500kV centralized control center's automation system.Firstly,through the introduction of centralized control center automation system's feature and application,combining with the present situation of extra high voltage centralized control system's development at the home and abroad,analyzes the importance and development trend of centralized control center automation system's building further.Secondly, expounds the design of centralized control automation system in detail from overall design principles to architecture design,system configuration and so on,and present standard functional requirements.Furthermore,gives solutions about the design of centralized control automation system's SCADA function module.Particularly,explains the design and implement of centralized control centre automation system's topology five prevention function in detail, demonstrates the importance of the system topology five prevention's implement,gives the programming strategy of the five prevention software and improves the anti misoperation rules of some equipments such as circuit breaker,switch,grounding switch according to the actual requirement, expounds the application of the centrailized control system in the500kV substation in detail and tests some aspects such as syetem hardware,function of the platform,prefix function,SCADA function and so on,focuses on the test work of the topology five prevention system.The results shows that each function and index of the centralized control system can meet the requirements. Finally,concludes the building,operation and maintenance work of500kV centralized control center and prospects the work of next step.
