The Air Separation Compressor plays an important role in the national economy, it is a general machinery in many important industries. Compressor equipment is used almost in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, defense, refrigeration, pharmaceutical, food, machinery and other major industries. Under normal situation, the compressor works in the security area, because of external condition factors changed, compressor will occur surge phenomenon. Because surge phenomenon has a large harm, how to design the corresponding anti-surge control system, effectively preventing the generation of surge, to ensure the safe operation of the compressor and efficient operation, has a wide range of social significance and economic value. In this paper the design process is taken research methods by combining theory and practice, laboratory experiments and the debugging of industrial scene are connected, software's development and hardware's design are compatible.In this thesis, the compressor surge by surge mechanism and factors of influence obtains anti -surge control points, and it is the control method the following improved premise. This article also analyses characteristics of the compressor surge and description of these features in practical work on the compressor anti-surge control role. The thesis also researches the compressor anti-surge control system theory and compressor anti-surge control of four commonly used control scheme, in the study of these four programs and conditions to be met to satisfy the requirements of practical work, while also anti-surge control system and anti-attention and the surge of technology research program has done a study on the anti-surge control system design and control the design basis.This thesis also analyzes the flow of the compressor back to the control system which can effectively prevent the occurrence of surge. Then, establish air compressor control system approximate model, the fuzzy control combines with the traditional PID control, respectively, uses the Fuzzy-PID control and the traditional PID control, MATLAB simulation of system performance. After comparing the simulation results obtained the Fuzzy-PID control parameters are better than traditional PID control, the system can better adapt to changing conditions on running the compressor, the compressor system to benefit the whole area running condition. We research the control system PLC control system in the role of the compressor, the control system software and hardware design and the use of fuzzy PID control implementation in the programmable controller and simulation. Compressor is the core component of the compression device, in addition to the compressor anti-surge control system, pressure limit control, volume control and temperature control of the compressor anti-surge control also has some influence, is the compressor integrated control contains, so the analysis of the compressor for the integrated control of the compressor anti-surge control is an important part which not be ignored.
