Centrifugal compressor is a very important equipment of gas carrying in industrial production process,It has great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of centrifugal compressor in operation by solving the problem of surge. The anti-surge control system of centrifugal compressor cited by this thesis derives from the technical breakthrough of Daqing Oilfield Co.Ltd.and its Gas Company.So the application of this system would have a wide prospect.First,this thesis introduces the development and application of centrifugal compressor anti-surge control both at home and abroad. By the comprehensive consideration of various anti-surge control system applied in centrifugal compressor presently,Based on carrying out the objective that the anti-surge control of centrifugal compressor is implemented, the fundamental of work of the centrifugal compressor is introduced, and the speciality of surge and the anti-surge control system is particular analyzed. Four basal methods, which are the fixed limited flow, the alterable limited flow, general performance curve control and frequency and speed control are introduced. Moreover an example of method of fixed limited flow is given, and the fuzzy controller is adopted to obtain the aim of anti-surge control. In the example, we get two basal anti-surge curves, which are the surge margin curve and the curve of anti-surge safe work, according to the result of the analysis of the data, which are sampled from the field of work. After that, the fuzzy controller is designed to control the percent of anti-surge valve' opening, to achieve the aim of anti-surge control. At last, based on the environment of Simulink and Fuzzy Controller in the Matlab, the fuzzy controller designed is simulated.The last aim of this scheme is to make the centrifugal compressor break away from the danger of surge. By contrasting the flow of input and the percent of valve opening in the result of simulation, we conclude that the controller designed satisfies the request of the control, obtains the expectant aim of anti-surge.
