Centrifugal compressors are large-scale key equipment widely used by many industrial and mining enterprises.They can provide compressed gas with a certain pressure for industrial production.However,the centrifugal compressor is inevitably surged,and the occurrence of surge often causes the compressor unit to stop,even causing damage to the compressor blades or even destroying the compressor.Therefore,the anti-surge control system is an indispensable function of the compressor system.Due to limited technical and economic conditions,the application of these systems in China is still relatively backward.Therefore,a reliable compressor anti-surge control system is designed to improve the control quality.Improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption are urgent problems to be solved.In view of the problem that the centrifugal compressor is prone to surge,on the basis of exploring the current mainstream control strategy of anti-surge control,the existing anti-surge control system is optimized and improved,and the flow is close to the anti-surge line control.Compared with the traditional fixed limit flow control method and the variable limit flow control method,this control strategy greatly expands the effective working range of the compressor and reduces the energy consumption.The control of the anti-surge valve generally requires "quick opening and closing".In the past,the control method used fuzzy control or PID control alone.If the PID control is used alone,the fuzzy PID is used.Since the three parameters of the PID control are fixed,the speed of opening and closing the valve is the same.Unable to meet control requirements.The fuzzy control alone can solve the above problems.Because the fuzzy control has integral saturation phenomenon,it can not meet the control requirements.Therefore,this paper adopts the control method combining fuzzy control and conventional PID,and the control performance of fuzzy PID is compared by MATLAB simulation.Significantly better than traditional PID.In this paper,the control network of compressor anti-surge system is designed.After comprehensive consideration,the control network with Siemens Profibus-DP field bus as the core is selected.The main controller selects Siemens S7-1500 PLC and uses Profinet industrial Ethernet to realize management.Data communication between the layer and the control layer.The configuration software monitoring is carried out by using the configuration software TIA Portal of Siemens.The configuration software is directly oriented to the control object,which is simple and convenient.The configuration monitoring screen is connected with the PLC for communication.It can not only monitor in real time in the management layer and control layer,but also can On-site regulation.It enhances the real-time control and improves the efficiency of production.
