Centrifugal compressor has the compact structure, high speed become the the most important mechanical equipment in the chemical industry. Along with the domestic and overseas chemical industry toward the large production and high intelligent, application for the centrifugal compressor also become more universal. But"Surge"is one special phenomenon for the centrifugal compressor restrictive its develop, it's caused by the air separation between the vane and the diffuser. Tradition PID control has some limit for the anti-surge control, its characteristic depend on the set of the parameter. This article will introduce the fuzzy control concept, utility the input value and the setting value difference and the rate change of the difference to construct a 2D fuzzy controller, designing a new control way.This article will analyse the running situation for the propylene compressor which used in Shanghai Gas & Chemical company, we using the performance parameter to establish the mathematics model base on it's safety and reliability; designing the anti-surge controller for the fuzzy control method; and simulating the system for using the Simulink software. The result will fully proved that fuzzy controler can solve the"Surge"better than other controllers. Through contrast the input quantity of flow and the valve's opening range for the simulating result , we will approve the fuzzy controller can actually avoid the happening for the"Surge"in the centrifugal compressor running.
