| In this thesis,the gas-liquid cyclone separation technology has been applied in the commercial kitchen lampblack extraction and purification system,the commonly used in gas phase-solid phase separation cyclone separator as a gas-liquid separation device, explores the scope of application of the cyclone separator.With the jumping speed principle of Kanlen and Zenz,the main size of the cyclone separator of Stairmand highly efficiency for reference,it has been designed that four cyclone separator of different feeding tube structure,as the core component of the commercial kitchen lampblack extraction and purification, design and calculation of cyclone separator wall thickness, pressure drop, cut diameter size, and determine the use of material.Numerical simulation study of the gas field in the cyclone separator has been carried out by using the software-Flunet,based on the Re Normalization Group k-smode for turbulence flow,QUICK format for difference scheme,PRESTO format for pressure discrimination and SIMPLE arithmetic for pressure-velocity coupling, including the three-dimensional velocity,the total pressure of the gas field,compare four kinds of different structure flow field distribution, discusses the influence of the internal flow field of the different structure.Instability analysis of the cyclone separator of different feeding tube structure has been carried out by using the software-Ansys Workbench,calculates the buckling load coefficient and deformation pattern of the first-six modes, discusses the influence on stability of structure change of cyclone separator. |
