The rapid development of China's economic and transport in China has also made tremendous progress, especially increasing highway mileage, greatly facilitated our travel life. But can not be ignored, due to the continuous development of the logistics industry, the increasing number of cars, highway vehicle congestion, more and more serious overload, which worsened the level of service and traffic safety situation. The ETC system can make the vehicle through the toll booths quickly, reduce the time customers wait for payment at the toll station effectively, to improve efficiency; Vehicle Dynamic weighing system has improved steadily in real time to detect the weight of the car, has become an effective vehicle overloading management tools.This article briefly discusses the ETC system. The main works of the ETC is to follow the electromagnetic induction, and other physical principles, and to transmit energy through the electromagnetic coupling, enabling wireless data communications. And its anti-collision algorithm to describe, analyze the different algorithms advantages and disadvantages; Second:describe the operation theory, frame structure, arithmetic of the weight system, analysis the advantage and disadvantage of weight system arithmetic. Third, using embedded system to acquire and optimize the signal of the ETC system and weight system. Enhance the ETC system recognition rate and improve the accuracy of dynamic weighing, to strengthen the network function is the focus of development of the road toll system in the future.The paper analyzes the combination of weight fee system and the ETC system to use their respective advantages, the use of the information fusion technology, in the case of cost savings, improve efficiency, highway toll system has been a greater increase.
