| The effects of three main tobacco diseases are systematic studied with different disease degree and different disease index, and the result is also be expounded and proved.1.The change level and rules about tobacco mosaic virus, Potato virus Y and tobacco brown spot disease are studied in Shaoyang.2.According to canonical correlation analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis, the main chemical components effects to the tobacco leaf quality are analyzed, and the result indicated that different disease types, different disease index of the leaf samples have significant differences. Total sugar, reducing sugar generally increases as the disease index decreased, but the influence to alkaloids, protein increases is opposite. the changes of potassiumion and chloride ion is not significant in all the samples. Three principal factors was chose and evaluated based on the factor analysis, and the scores of different samples also calculated by the analysis.3.According to the smoking indicators,the result indicated that all the leaf sample:the quality tobacco leaf of 0 level and 1 level have the best qulity,2 level and 3 level samples take second place,the smoking quality of 4 level samples is the worst.4.The result shows According to the clustering and correlation analysis based on to the main chemical composition and the smoking quality of all tobacco leaf samples:the total sugar, reducing sugar, alkaloids, nitrogen, protein, and sugar-nicotine ratio, sugar-nitrogen ratio, the two sugar difference have significant correlation with the important smoking indicators, including the amount of aroma, aroma quality,aftertaste,offensive taste, irritancy and total smoking quality.The factors with relation to carbohydrate have extremely significant positive correlation, while the factors with relation to nitrogen element have extremely significant negative correlation, the effects of potassiumion and chloride ion is not significant to sensory evaluation. |
