Organic materials played irreplaceable role in keeping and improving the soil fertility, increasing the microbial activity, promoting crop high-yielding, high quality, and so on. China was a superpower in producing organic material, a great deal of stalk and mushroom residues were produced every year. But the Organic materials couldn't effectively use for a long time, because the organic materials were dumped optionally into rivers, roads, farmland and unable to handle, a sever pollution was formed, a tremendous resource was wasted, and also the rural ecological environment was serious affected. Direct at the high production of the stalk and mushroom residue in the process of farmland, and the poor recycling, the high cost,the low comprehensive and the low utilization rate, in this experiment, the influence of recycling stalk and mushroom residue to the change of gray alluvial rice soil carbon was discussed by establishing long-term experiments monitoring stations (1~5 years) in Meishan and establishing the experimental design field of garden bean exploiting in Dayi, through "stalk-edible fungus (mushroom residue)-vegetables" stalk counters-field recycling mode. The main result showed that as follows:(1) The influence of the soil fertility was analysed through the stalk and mushroom residue continuous counters-field (1~5 years)in the paper.The results were as follows: the content of various soil organic carbon of stalk counters-field consecutive were gradually increased with fixed rate, the maximum was producted in the third year, then decreased year by year, the other organic carbon content were significant logarithmic correlation by years except the soluble organic carbon; the content of various soil organic carbon of mushroom residue continuous counters-field were increased to the maximum and then decreased, the reduced organic carbon content and mushroom residue continuous was significantly polynomial into relevance by years. The soil loose combination state of reorganization humus-rich horizon carbon ratio of organic carbon of stalk counters-field treatment had a gradual rise trend; Loose combination state of reorganization organic carbon humus-rich horizon carbon ratio of the mushroom residue continuous counters-field was increased the maximum in the first year, and then gradually reduced year by year. Visible, the long-term stalk counters-field consecutive have promotion effect for the soil fertility, and mushroom residue continuous counters-field will lead to soil harden and soil fertility reduced.(2) Eight treatment levels was setted in the test of garden bean exploiting in Dayi, the conclusions were contrast among the eight treatments, both of the stalk counters-field and mushroom residue continuous counters-field were positive role to the accumulation of soil organic carbon. Light group organic carbon was increased by 61.88% at the eighth treatment of processing and application of standard mushroom per 1000 kilograms mushroom residue+CK treatment effect, relative to the CK of full fertilizer processing, reached the best, next was the sixth treatment of the standard mushroom room mushroom residue 2000 kilograms per acre+3/4CK bottom, and then, the seventh treatment of per the standards in mushroom residue 1000 kilograms per acre mushroom residue+CK was better. The soluble organic carbon was increased by 90.31% at the eighth treatment of processing and application of standard mushroom relative to the CK of full fertilizer processing, reached the best, next was the seventh treatment, once again was the sixth treatment. The humus carbon was increased by 47.43% at the sixth treatment of processing and application of standard mushroom relative to the CK, reached the best, next was the seventh treatment, once again was the eighth treatment. The microbial biomass carbon was increased by 94.73% at the eighth treatment of processing and application of standard mushroom relative to the CK, reached the best, next was the seventh treatment, once again was the sixth treatment. The loose combination humus carbon was increase by 3.78% at the third treatment of the field of straw stalk quantity of all+3/4 CK per acre relative to the CK, reached the best, followed by the application of standard the fifth treatment of mushroom residue mushroom room 1000 kilograms+ 3/4CK per acre, once again, was the whole field of the fourth treatment amount trellis mushroom residue+ 3/4CK bottom per acre. To sum up, the application of standard mushroom room to deal with the seventh treatment mushroom residue 1000 kilogram+ CK per acre was the most obvious role to the soil fertility(3) During the seasonal of the stalk and mushroom residue counters-field, the production of the yield garden bean was 421 kg per acre with the mushroom residue standard mushroom of 1000 kilograms+ CK per acre, achieved the highest, was 51 kg per acre higher than the chemical fertilizer, the amplitude was achieved 13.78%,reached different significant level; The production of the yield garden bean was 412.5 kg per acre application of 2 times field amount of straw stalk+3/4CK bottom per acre processing, was 42.5 kg per acre higher than fertilizer, the amplitude was achieved 11.49%, reached different significant level. Through refer to related research material preliminarily analyzed, the seasonal stalk and mushroom residue counters-field could improve the soil water ability and the fat, improve the soil nutrient content and fertility,this was the reason of the production increasing.
