Three experiments were conducted to study the Effects of Mushroom Residue and Microbiological Agents Mixtures on soil improment, plant growth and straw application decay . In experment â… , three continuous rotations of Chinese cabbage pot experiment in greenhouse were conducted together with the application of different microorganism and residue of mushroom medium to study the influences of biological microbial manure on Chinese cabbage growth ,soil water content and soil nutrients by measuring plant height ,root length , numbers of leave and yield of Chinese cabbage, the weight of humid soil and the weight of dry soil ,and by determining changes of soil O.M, alkaline hydrolysis N,available P and available, K contents after harvesting each rotation of Chinese cabbage .The results indicated that biological microbial manures promoted Chinese cabbage growth, increased plant yield, increased the soil content of water, and were conductive to improvement of soil fertility. M1+residue of mushroom medium had the best effects among all the biological microbial treatment. In experment â…¡, pea pot experiments were conducted together with the application of different microorganism and residue of mushroom medium under NaCl stress to study the influences of microbial manure (microorganisms +residue of mushroom medium) on pea growth, total N,P, and K contents of pea plant and soil nutrients by measuring plant height, photosynthesis capacity, root length and biological yield of pea, and determining changes of soil, alkaline hydrolysis N, available P, available K contents and total N, P, K and Na contents of pea plant after harvesting. The results showed that pea growth, blooming, yield and nodulation were inhibited under NaCl stress. Whereas microbial manure promoted pea growth, increased pea yield, promoted nodulation and were conducive to improvement of soil fertility and total N, P and K contents of pea plant. M1+residue of mushroom medium had the best effects among all the microbial manure. In experment â…¢, A two-year field-orientation experiment conducted in the eastern part of Hebei Province, The effects on soil organic matter and nutrients and biological activities by applying maize stalk directly in the field were studied. The results showed that after adjusting the proportion of straw C/N with mushroom residue and microbiological agents mixtures not only raised the content of available soil N and P, but also raised soil enzyme activities and crop yields.
