As the market competition increased, and tea mechanine constantly expanded, this paper is for the traditional tea machine. It will improve the insufficient.we use three dimensional software, analysis software, virtual prototype technology in this research. It can improve the design of efficiency, short the design of cycle, reduce the design of cost.It provides the practical and effective method for tea machinery of development.we use these technology to complete about several areas of work.Firstly, under the crush of tea machines and design requirements of design criteria, rollers, mobile rack, ball screw, v-belt wheel design, are all part of design parameters. It provided a theoretical basis for subsequent three-dimensional modeling.Secondly,we use CATIA to model three dimensional design software, to get solid models for individual parts. And using virtual prototyping technology in all parts for the virtual Assembly. Then,we check the Interference for the tea mechine. It can show flattening machines assemble in various parts of tea, and provided a reference for the future physical manufacturing. It rapid speed of the design.Thirdly, The application of ANSYS on key components of tea flattening machines, rollers and mobile rack, is for finite element analysis. Through the analysis of relevant data,we can find the place of stress concentration. But because of the stress concentration is in a small local place, therefore it does not reliability of structures, affecting stability. This design can complete the working intensity requirement. In addition, the optimization provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent architecture and reference.
